Is registration required?

Yes. You must create a login that is separate form your newspaper subscription login. To make this process easier, you can use your existing Facebook or Google+ account to login and submit your event to the calendar. Name and telephone number is required contact information.

When will I see my event?

Submitted events are approved and appear online automatically within 3 hours of submission. Please allow an appropriate amount of time before resubmitting your event if it has not shown up.

How do I make a change or remove my event?

If you need to change your event listing after it has been submitted and approved, you can do that by finding your event and editing it on the site. To remove your event, email your request to

How do I search for future events?

Click to modify the dates and use the calendar to select a future date to view.

How can I promote my event?

The best way to promote your event is to contact your advertising consultant. You may also select an Enhanced, Featured, or Premium online promotion package without contacting us.
